Crash Data Retrieval We expect that the new technology will assist you in your investigations.  We are already using this tool to assist with claims. The new service is "Crash Data Retrieval " (CDR). This tool works with certain data applicable modules and is considered the black box decoder for the vehicle.  When this data is obtained and utilized, you can see an unbiased snap-shot of what the vehicle in question, conditions were 20 seconds pre- / near/ or actual collision.   We have been accessing and interrogating vehicle computers since 1997.  Our newest software accesses additional modules to provide new data.
